Talk a walk or ride your bike

The Deniliquin Town Walk starts at the Peppin Heritage Centre and finishes at the Deniliquin & District Historical Society.

  • Pick up a copy of the Deniliquin Town Walk Map from our friendly staff and the route outlined on the map will take you past some of Deniliquin's historic sites and buildings

  • The walk will take approximately an hour and a half and is shown on the map by red dots

  • An additional walk visiting the Island Sanctuary, or the historic water tower and chimney stack in Memorial Park, will add to the distance and time taken

During your walk around keep an eye out for the photographs on buildings that shows how they looked in earlier days.
